Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Woven, including its content-generation, scheduling, publishing and connected-account features.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Woven, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate account information. If you use Woven for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access to team members. Tell Woven promptly if you believe an account or connected social token has been compromised.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in prompts, brand material, uploads and other content you provide. You grant Woven the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display and transmit that content to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, publish or ask Woven to process.

4. AI-generated output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated images, copy, claims and metadata before publication. Woven may use automated quality checks, but those checks do not replace your judgment or professional review where one is required.

5. Connected platforms and publishing

When you connect Instagram or another provider, you authorize Woven to use the granted permissions for the actions you select. Publishing remains subject to the provider's own terms, API limits, review requirements and availability. Woven cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will accept or keep a post online.

6. Trends, reposts and third-party content

Trend information is intended to help identify reusable patterns and public signals. Woven does not grant you rights to another person's post, image, video, music, caption or trademark. Use native platform repost tools where attribution is required, or create an original adaptation. Do not use Woven to download and republish third-party media without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Woven to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; distribute malware; impersonate others deceptively; evade platform restrictions; or publish content you do not have the right to use. You may not attempt to extract or misuse encrypted credentials, other users' workspace data or Woven's private infrastructure.

8. Plans, limits and payment

Some features are subject to plan allowances such as brands, connected accounts, generations, generated images, published posts or team members. When paid plans are available, subscription checkout and recurring collection may be processed by Paystack. Unless the purchase flow says otherwise, a monthly paid plan renews automatically using the payment authorization associated with that subscription until it is cancelled or set not to renew. The workspace owner can use the billing controls made available in Woven or the provider-managed subscription page to update the payment authorization or cancel renewal. A failed or ended subscription may cause the workspace to fall back to Free-plan limits while stored content remains available subject to these Terms. Prices and limits may change prospectively; material changes will be reflected in the product or applicable purchase flow.

9. Service changes and availability

Woven is evolving. Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued, and third-party integrations may change independently. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Woven intellectual property

Woven and its software, product design, trademarks, documentation and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant rights to copy, resell or create derivative products from Woven's proprietary service except as expressly permitted.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Woven at any time. Woven may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance or a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers

Woven is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Woven disclaims implied warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from the service description. Woven is a content workflow tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Woven is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, user content or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Questions about these Terms can be sent through Woven's support channel or the contact method provided with your account.
